A: We do not have a price list for all our products. Because there are too many items to cover all prices on one list. And prices are always changing since the producing cost changes. If you want to check any price of our product, please contact us freely. We’ll offer you soon!
A: We deal with over 10,000 items, our catalog doesn’t cover all products. And we are developing 100+ molds yearly, which means around 10 new products are created in our factory. So don’t go away, just send us your photo with detail specification, we’ll check for you.
A: Yes, we are glad to provide samples. Normally, we provide 1-2 pcs sample freely for testing or quality checking. But you have to pay the shipping cost. If you require many items, or more qty for each item, we’ll charge samples.
Technical Support
A: Yes. With over 10 years experiences in automotive aftermarket field, we have evolved into a secure Tier 1 and Tier 2 supplier to OEM/ODM. We have our own mold tooling open & design team, plastic injection equipment, stamping, assembling production line, QA department, all products undergo strict QC inspection. Once your product is assigned to our professional engineer, our responsible staff will response you quickly. Regarding customized packaging, there is no problem to make it. Please send us your artwork, we’ll check the extra cost if any.

Quality Control
A: We have strict quality control during every production step. Especially, we invested heavily in the mold development, adopt state-of-the-art technology, to improve the mold be most precised. Which ensure our quality keep utmost good. It’s our policy to 100% inspect all products that leave our facility, we can guarantee with absolute certainty that the product is functionally 100% accurate before it leaves our facility.
A: We currently have 5 dedicated QC and 1 QC manager on board at all times. Every single of them is subject to rigorous quality control focuses training.
A: Yes, we guarantee our quality for one year.
A: According to TECOSMOS’s customer feedback and analysis, the most common problems customers face are:
- Quantity or product type received did not match with quantity or type ordered.
- Customer's production process resulted in connector defects.
- Customer placed the wrong order or products.
In order to minimize the risks of the above 3 situations occurring, please review the drawings with specification carefully, and reconfirm the buying samples before placing order. Please be advised that the aforementioned situations, 2 and 3 are beyond control of TECOSMOS; therefore, TECOSMOS will not be responsible for the replacement or refund of the orders resulting from these two situations.
In the case of situation 1~
- Please contact TECOSMOS immediately and send back the picture of defective products. (TECOSMOS will not be responsible for product replacement if feedback/complain is later than 3 months after shipping date.)
- Please return the defective samples when the defective situation is unknown.
- We will look into the source of the problem(s).
- For mistakes caused by our QC, TECOSMOS will pay the freight charge(s), and submit the necessary quantities, free of charge, for defective/insufficient products.
Client Requirement
A: With over 8,000 connectors in stock, we could ship most standard items within 3-5 working days. For customized products, the lead time depends on the complexity and quantity, usually 2-4 weeks.
